Title: Compensation and Benefit Manager
Location: Taipei, Taiwan

This Compensation & Benefit Manager is responsible for designing, overseeing and implementing compensation and benefits programs and policies, including monitoring salary structures, balancing staffing needs with cost controls, and helping ensure that policies, procedures and programs are in alignment with company’s business strategic objectives.


  • Design compensation packages and bonus programs that align with the company’s strategic plan
  • Identify trends and implement new practices to engage and motivate employees
  • Conduct research on employee satisfaction (e.g. using surveys and quantitative data)
  • Keep track of prevailing pay rates and make sure company’s compensation plans is competitive in the market
  • Evaluate and report on the effectiveness of employee benefit programs
  • Make annual adjustment and track market benchmark data.


  • With 8+ years of experience in Compensation & Benefit, including 3+ year of management experience
  • With solid C&B planning experience in big scale company(over 2000 employees)
  • Knowledge of building compensation packages and bonus programs for various departments and seniority levels
  • Good analytical and communication skills
  • Outstanding managerial skills and a great team leader
