Our client is a top tier financial service company with fast growing and booming business in China. They are looking for a Senior Organizational Development Manager.
This Senior OD Manager will be responsible for analyzing market trend and conduct research in organizational diagnosis, organization design, organization transformation, culture breeding and talent solution; identifying OD opportunities in line with business strategy; lead complex OD projects and initiatives in line with business strategy with both internal and external resources; support business in planning and implementation on OD interventions especially in topics organizational diagnosis, organization design, organization transformation, culture breeding and talent solution.
To be qualified, you should have bachelor degree or above, with at least 10 years good track record in Organizational Development role, top tier internet company and consulting firm experience are preferred. Good communication and strategic thinking ability are highly required and it is a plus to be fluent in English.
