To support the fast growing and booming business in China, they are looking for an HR Business Partner (individual contributor), reporting to HR Director directly.
This HR BP will be responsible for the talent development (restructuring, mergers & acquisitions, change management) by providing appropriate solutions to the business from the HR perspective; the improvement of employee relations; branding enhancement; talent acquisition for the senior & confidential hiring and talent development, etc. You will work closely with Business leaders to help them align their operations and employee capabilities to the overall strategic directions and the mid-to-long term needs of the local Human Resources operations. Other HR related work if needed.
To be qualified, you should have bachelor degree or above, with at least 10 years good track record in HR role, consulting service or consumers industry experience is a preferred. Good communication and strategic thinking ability is highly required and it is essential to be fluent in English.
