POSITION: Business Mgr. (Account Mgr.)

Job Purpose:

  • To plan, manage sales activities to ensure the Company's objectives are achieved by translating the overall sales strategies into an agreed and effective Sales/Sector strategy for all existing trade channels to maximize sales and profit.
  • To collect, analyze and communicate the relevant business and market information and develop recommendations for actions which contribute to the growth and profitability of the business.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for all the sales activities in North China and Japan.
  • Formulate sales, business plan and strategy that are aligned with corporate directions.
  • Identify new business, increase market share and presence in China and Japan.
  • Analyze market share, competition and make sound recommendations.
  • Keep abreast of competitive activities and market developments in order to ensure sustained competitive advantage of the business.
  • Organize Sales & Technical Seminars to the target audience and ensure appropriate follow up actions.
  • Facilitate to ensure highest level of customer service.
  • Report on a weekly basis to update customer visits, sales/market activities, new business, competition, market trend.
  • Identify “quality segment” and formulate pricing strategy to cater to market needs and requirements.
  • Key Account Management with collaborating with both regional and global team, take lead of making key account strategy
  • Monitor Customer Account Profitability of Key Customers to optimize investment and return.
  • Develop and manage all business activities through Sales Force system

Requirements:

  • Degree in Pharmacy / Chemistry or related discipline, and mater degree would be plus
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant sales experience in pharmaceutical or related industry
  • Fluent Japanese and English
  • Proven track record of success in significantly growing the business.
  • Good rapport and negotiation skills with customers and key stakeholders.
  • Able to work independently, analytical and self-driven.
  • Accurate judgment of business opportunities.
  • Possess good interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • A go getter and self-starter who is results oriented.
  • Preferred colleague education in 沈阳药科大学,中国药科大学,复旦大学,
  • Working experience in MNC would be plus
