Job Information

:

According to the business development needs of the company, set up, improve and implement the appropriate training system from the perspective of group globalization, and improve the organizational efficiency of the company;

According to the requirements of the company‘s business development for the talent team, plan and design targeted training projects to improve the staff’s competency and reflect the return on investment of training; Manage the training and development team, regularly submit training reports to the management, and propose suggestions and adjustment plans for adaptive talent development; Lead the construction and development of internal lecturer team, ensure that internal lecturer ability matched the company‘s business development demand for talent cultivation; Lead the construction and promotion of corporate culture of the company, root the corporate culture in the hearts of employees to enhance their recognition of the company and their cohesion; Organize annual performance coaching training and follow up the whole process of performance appraisal; Participate in the planning and implementation of the company's talent inventory plan, and put forward personnel decision-making suggestions based on it, formulate core talent development strategies and measures, and ensure the supply and reserve of the company's core talents;

Organize and coordinate special work related to human resources, and coordinate resources to complete project delivery.
