Position Title

Sales Manager, Dissolving Pulp

Reporting to

Director, Global Dissolving Pulp Sales

Work Location


Position Objective:

To implement the sales strategy in the viscose end use; to develop new end uses and new business opportunities for the dissolving pulp as well as to take other sales tasks as assigned to.

Major Responsibilities

  • Implement the overall sales plan for the existing product line(s)
  • Provide reliable demand forecast and the rolling forecast
  • Aim to grow the contracted business and the share of wallet at any given customers,

based on a good understanding of the mill net and profitability

  • Keep up to date with future trend in the viscose industry and textile industry to identify

unmet needs and further to convert them into R&D and/or innovation proposal to the segment heads and the relevant mill(s)

  • Support all the sales and marketing activities of the division
  • Handle quality claims and logistic claims

Qualification and Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of managerial experience in sales in international companies;

experiences in relevant industries is a plus

  • Bachelor degree and above
  • Self-motivated and hands-on working habits and result-oriented mind-set team player
  • Fluent Mandarin both in verbal and written; good command of English is a must
  • Strong communication skills
  • Willing and ready to travel frequently
