Our client is a global top tier Oil&Energy company with fast growing and booming business in China, they are looking for an HR Analyst.
This HR Analyst will be responsible for execute Personnel related activities under HR Manager and/or senior colleague’s supervision, including work time management, compensation and benefit exercise, promotion and internal rotation documentation, and provide basic personnel advises; take part in administration of front line payroll process, tax reporting, and leave administration; keep up to date on changes (such as Labor law) especially those that will have impact to company personnel; maintain HR system for Domestic HR related issue.
To be qualified, you should have bachelor degree or above, with at least 3 years good track record in HR role in MNCs. Good communication and interpersonal skills is highly required and it is essential to be fluent in English.
