Title : Project Management Executive

Department : NPD (New Product Development)

Work Location : Zhongshan

Company: European company with more than 70 years of history and it’s the global Top 10 brands in Segments. Mainly focus on Wheeled Goods, Car seat & Accessories products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work on projects of Wheeled Goods, Car seat & Accessories
• Formulate, organize and monitor project milestones and budget
• Responsible for end-to-end delivery of products to agreed deadlines, costs and quality
• Negotiate cost, quality requirements, terms and conditions with factories
• Provide strategic guidance to factories while maintaining excellent relationship
• Work with HK and China internal cross functional teams and regional teams to coordinate product development process and manage risks in projects & cost-in targets
• Responsible for project updates, including conference calls with overseas office and the maintenance of supporting documents and reports

Requirements:

• Associate degree qualified or above; preferable in Engineering, Marketing or Product Marketing
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant product development experience, with experience in handling OEM new development from scratch is an advantage
• Excellent Project Management skills and following details of each milestone
• Experience in consumer durable goods like white goods in home appliance is highly preferred
• Knowledgeable in juvenile products e.g. car seats, strollers or toys is an advantage
• Knowledgeable in merchandising and sourcing work
• Experience in dealing with vendors and factories in China
• Experience in medium size business environment
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
• Excellent negotiation skills
• Strong problems’ solving skill
• Able to handle several projects at one time
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work cohesively with a broad range of people to execute the project effectively and efficiently
• High proficiency in both written and verbal Mandarin and English
• Proficiency in Microsoft Words, Excel, PowerPoint
• Be hands-on and own the accountability of whole projects
• Willing to travel frequently within China
