Our client is a globally top tier Retail & Luxury company with a good track record in market. To support the fast growing and booming business in China, they are looking for a Asia HR Operation Director based in Shanghai.
This Asia HR Operation Director will lead HR Operations team to make sure quality and timely delivery results and continuously seek improvement ideas to provide best in class employee experience;Work closely with Employees, people managers and HR professionals for timely delivering recruiting, compensation, data, benefits, immigration, payroll, mobility, HRIS services;Ensure company policies, processes and guidelines up-to-date and in compliance. Efforts on effective communication of policy/guideline change and update;Interact with government bureau and consulting agencies and make sure we are up-to-date of related government labor laws and regulations and make quick response to any change of law and policies;Create, monitor and maintain service standards, audits and performance metrics, as well as ensuring service standards are consistently met and exceeded; Vendors management ensuring best solutions and contracts conditions.
To be qualified, you should have bachelor degree or above, with at least 10+ years good track record in HR role, IT or HR service industry experience is a preferred. Good communication and strategic thinking ability is highly required and it is essential to be fluent in English.
