This position will be responsible for the development of Channel business strategies, and aim at achievement and exceeding the sales objectives to support the growth of the company′s business.
Research and identify target markets, perform in-depth presentations, strategic analysis, and execution of implemented plans
Establish and manage an effective business development program to maximize growth
Proactively identify key opportunities and initiatives that support our business strategy and help expand the business and, as appropriate, take the lead role in driving key opportunities across the company.
Improve and extend exist channel system by strengthen channel management process.
Provide direction and support as a resource for sales team members
Bachelor’s Degree with 8-10 years’ experience (Master’s Degree preferred), including strategy development and expert data manipulation / analytical skills.
Preferably within an Industrial sales environment, either in the electronics/engineering/mechanical/print industries Experience of working to a set individual target is essential, as consistency in performance is measured regularly.
Excellent communication skills (written & verbal) with all levels of an organization.
Results orientated, intellectually curious, creative and highly self-motivated.
