Responsibilities:

Our client is one of the world's next generation digital solution consulting and a business process outsourcing provider. A Head of Sales, APAC is sought to join the growing business in Asia.

Responsibilities:

  • Ownership of multi-cultural team across Singapore, Australia, Hong Kong, China, Indonesia and Japan
  • Provide digital transformation and technology solutions to global and key clients in Asia
  • Orchestra sales force and lead BD effort across varies countries in Asia
  • Build relations with C level clients
  • Major focus includes but not limited to: digital integrated business service, analytics, process consulting, process automation, Artificial intelligence, data transformation,
  • Innovation contact center solution, customer experience enhancement

Requirements:

  • University graduate, you are a solution based sales leader with true Asia Pacific exposure
  • A background with consulting firm in next generation /digital solution selling will be highly preferred, a history in selling service and technology related solutions is the key
  • Willingness to travel 50%-70%, mostly in Asia
  • History working in a multicultural, fast paced, multinational business environment
  • General understanding of business cultural dynamics across target industries including Travel and Logistics, Banking and Finance, Technology, Retail and e-Commerce and Automotive etc
  • Charismatic, professional and possesses strong inter-personal and influential skills; well- connected with C- level clients
  • Strong communications skills in English
