Marketing Manager

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
1) Responsible for all activities of the marketing division in China
a. Lead overall brand strategy and vision of brand and its product portfolio, in accordance with the company’s China strategy and objectives
b. Plan and execute digital marketing and offline marketing campaigns with a strong focus on achieving targets and other KPIs
c. Continuously analyse and refine marketing initiatives based on both quantitative and qualitative feedback
d. Partner with distributors and retail channel customers to set and monitor trade marketing activities and budgets
e. Partner with party operation to plan and execute digital marketing strategy and promotion activities for online flagship stores
f. Lead and word-of-mouth marketing and PR strategy for the brand
g. Actively contribute to product positioning, pricing, and promotion strategies
h. Advise management and the Board on relevant consumer trends, customer feedback, and market information

2) New product development (NPD)
a. Lead the development of SKU extensions, new products, and new categories from concept to launch, based on consumer insights and retail channel understanding
b. Coordinate with both internal (including Australian HQ) and external stakeholders to launch new products and monitor their performance
