Senior L&D Manager

Our Client

Our client is a famous brand in Pharmaceuticals

Location

The positon is based in Beijing

Your Role

  • Conduct assessment of the learning and development needs across all levels of the enterprise; identify and prioritize the critical capabilities needed to effectively execute our growth strategy and deliver on annual goals. Recommend, develop and implement learning curricula and programs to meet short-term skill gaps while defining requirements for longer-term development program
  • Understand business priorities and proactively look for ways to improve processes to create efficiency and scale; lead the development and implementation of annual learning curriculum, ensuring organizational, departmental and individual development objectives are supported by a basic core curriculum
  • Oversee field training team to coordinate and conduct training, development and new store openings
  • Establish of formal individual development plan program; build strategy and oversee successful roll out of program
  • Build out formal and informal employee recognition program; build business case, identify vendor partners and oversee and maintain program
  • Partner with HR and Talent Acquisition to develop talent solutions to attract, on-board, develop and retain talent; ensure a robust orientation/on-boarding process for all new hires
  • Define an enterprise-wide talent progression and succession planning; serve as lead to develop plans to enable ability to build internal bench strength and support culture of internal growth
  • Ensure full ethical, legal and regulatory compliance training requirements are in place and met; conduct audit and ongoing oversight on the mandated compliance training programs to ensure that the programs are developed in coordination with established standards and are properly tracked within the learning management system
  • Collaborate with executive stakeholders across enterprise to review current training programs and conduct gap analysis; serve as in-house facilitator for team building and other training as needed
  • Conduct ongoing research and competitive bench marking to ensure programs meet or exceed industry training standards and methodologies
  • Data analysis, reporting, and summarizing data for key stakeholders
  • Coach managers to create development plans for staff designed to provide growth opportunities in role through on-the-job learning, special projects, formal training, etc.

What You'll Need To Succeed

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field
  • 10+ years of learning and organizational development experience, including hands-on training program design, development, implementation and facilitation
  • Experience in system implementation, configuration, and administration
  • Advanced knowledge of e Learning and micro learning instructional design methodology with experience in blended learning approach (e.g. ILT, vILT, elearning, microlearning)
  • Supervisory experience require
