About Client

Our client is a multinational specialty chemicals company focusing on general industry, automotive, energy, etc. The company is a top-ranking front-runner with a complete range of products as its core program.

Position Profile:

  • Explore market opportunities in automotive business for lubricants application, build up relationship with decision-makers of the key customers, liaise the headquarters of the company and customers, maintain and grow assigned key accounts.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Maintain and grow assigned key international accounts
  2. Frequently communicate with the headquarters and customer for better service of local delivery
  3. Offer quotations and proposals through coordination with headquarter and other affiliates
  4. Complete the customer visit plan and hand in the visit report for information sharing
  5. Prepares annual key accounts sales forecasts/budgets, and ensure its delivery
  6. Investigate industry situation and competitors status, to make and implement business plan;


  1. Bachelor degree in Machine, Chemical, Engineering (preferred) or business management
  2. At least 8 years of sales, KAM, or BD working experience, lubricants or automotive industry preferred
  3. Passionate and optimistic, highly self-motivated and ambitious, result-oriented
  4. Mature personality with good inter-personal and communication skills
  5. Well developed presentation skills
  6. Excellent customer relationship building skills
  7. Team spirit and cooperation concept
  8. Good oral/written English communication skills
  9. Proficient knowledge of MS office (Excel, Word, PPT)
  10. Willingness to travel frequently

  1. Internal: Production Manager, Technical Service Engineers, Sales, Procurement
  2. External: Customers
