Our client is a domestic leading consumer service company. To support the fast growing business, they are now looking for a Learning Development Manager to join their Beijing Headquarter.
You will assist in designing, structuring and the execution of talent development system and make continuous and consistent improvement to build a strong talent pipeline support. You should build up close connection with global Talent Management team to maximize support and resources needed. Also assist to drive Organization and Talent Review program and design overall development tools and tracking system. You will work closely with related HR BP to ensure quality identification of key talents of the organization and follow up the execution of individual development plan and provide coaching to HR BP. Training delivery as needed.
To be qualified, you should have bachelor degree or above, with rich experience in learning development or talent development in top tier internet or domestic companies, and an “internal client service” mindset, consulting firm experience preferred. Good communication and interpersonal skill is a must.
