Our client is a domestic top tier biotech investment company with a good track record in market. To support the fast growing and booming business, they are looking for a TA Director.
This TA Director will be responsible for develop and implement talent acquisition strategy, policies, and processes which is in line with people strategy and business requirement; develop annual recruiting plan budget and manage cost within the approved budget; establish and implement effective performance measurements, refine the work flow to fulfill the manpower needs of the firm in an efficient and effective manner; partner with senior business leaders closely on workforce planning; drive HR recruitment process digitization and optimize system to enhance HR operation efficiency & effectiveness.
To be qualified, you should have bachelor degree or above, with at least 10 years good track record in HR role, minimum 5 years’ solid recruiting experience and 3 years’ leadership experience, overseas recruiting experience is a plus, Life Science or Financial Service industry is preferred; good communication skills, fluent written & spoken English and Mandarin are essential; strong ability to manage multiple tasks, suppress stress and adapt the environment.
