Our client is a top tier domestic company in China, now to support the fast growing business, we are looking for the Executive Talent Acquisition Manager based in Beijing.
You will work closely with business in order to deeply understand teams’ organization structure, responsibilities, strengths/weaknesses and key business drivers. utilize this information to develop most effective recruiting strategies; proactive sourcing: Initiate and maintain a network of contacts to help identify qualified candidates for hiring needs. help drive all sourcing channels actively, including employee referrals, utilization of vendors, etc. Use the recruiting process to drive the most effective and targeted recruiting strategies to impact business success, including guidance on job descriptions, levels, interview loops and candidate sourcing strategy. Other work if needed.
To excel in this role, you should hold a Bachelor degree or above, with at least 8 years HR experience in search firm or MNC will be plus; strongly at recruiting function, and it is essential to be fluent in English.
