Lead a sizeable sales team across all offices in China; recruit , coach and motivate sales teams.
Revenue and client development/ management responsibilities, leading wholesales business to business partners; negotiate trade terms with partners in catering business, restaurants, hotels and club houses etc.
Deliver operation plan and sales objectives which include achieving budget earnings and free cash flow
Driving company performance by improving customer focus experiences, referrals
Executing growth strategy objectives by leading work with cross functional teams to strengthen
Involved in various planning on logistics and order management and customer service support
Degree qualified, with proven track record in trading, import/distribution business
Seasoned experience managing sizeable sales team in China
Strong network with business partners in food, catering, restaurant and hotel chains in China
Willing to take on additional responsibilities, strong commitment to succeed
Experience in on import/cross-countries trading business.
Possess of high sensitivity to identify area for improvement and new ideas recommendations.
Excellent communication skills in English
Based in HK but willing to travel to China extensively
