Establish a Machine Learning Hub which will be composed of data scientists who are capable of development of sophisticated Machine Learning and Deep Learning Models as well as working towards converting them in to Analytical Products
Scope and define analytics need from stakeholders, deliver towards a data and analytics agenda on annual and ongoing basis and mobilize resources to carry out plans.
Mature advanced analytics capabilities that further enable the personalisation and increased relevance of customer experiences, across all channel touch points.
Establish and maintain a global best practice sharing environment for all aspects of new advanced analytics capabilities, new data sources.
Proactively promote and demonstrate the value of analytics via effective communication & tracking
Enforce and monitor standards for the businesses.
Identify key analytics competencies and skillsets within the team.
Bachelor Master or PhD in relevant quantitative disciplines such as Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, Operations Research, Physics or a related discipline.
At least three-year professional experience in Banking, Finance, Insurance, E-commerce, Retail, Telecom or Consulting industry, etc.
Familiar with one of the following data analytics domains: machine learning, natural language processing/generation, computer vision, deep learning and advanced analytics.
Experience in working with large volume of data with database systems (e.g. SQL, Postgres, etc.) and cloud-based data ecosystems (e.g. data lake, AWS, GCP, etc.). Scripting language capabilities in Python, R, SAS, Java or Scala
Able to translate complex business problems into analytical requirements and propose actionable solutions based on actual conditions.
Able to work with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams in an Agile environment
