Our client is a top tier consumer service company with fast growing and booming business in China. They are looking for an C&B Manager.
This C&B Manager will be responsible for develop, implement and monitor the implementation of compensation and benefit related policies and procedures in order to ensure complies with C&B strategy, regional policies and all relevant. regulations, laws and employment standards including resolve compensation & benefits issues; review & modification of the incentive program (short-term, long-term incentive plans) for China; as well as reviewing of the other benefits schemes for the employees; perform cost/benefit analyses on compensation programs, effect of promotion increases, pay structure movements, merit increase program and develop more cost-effective compensation programs; provides professional supports on Sales incentive scheme development; support HR Director to counsel and advice management team regarding C&B solutions in compliance with legal regulations; partner with department heads to clarify and address C&B issues.
To be qualified, you should have bachelor degree or above, with at least 5 years good track record in HR role, experience in consulting firms is a preferred. Good communication and strategic thinking ability is highly required.
