Samuel Tamagnaud graduated from EBS Paris in 1993 and started his recruitment career with Page Interim, spending 4 years there – firstly as a consultant specialised in finance, then as a manager and finally as Regional Director. In 1999 he created the Partner Group, Partner Interim and James Partner, a recruitment firm specialising in middle management. In 2006 the company was bought by a Japanese group – Staff Service (N° 3 on the Japanese staffing market). In 2009 Staff Service decided to withdraw from the French market and Samuel and his former associates took back control the firm. In 2012 the firm was finally sold outright to the Fed group. Samuel’s relationship with Morgan Philips Group began in 2013 when he set up Morgan Philips Executive Search and Fyte in Asia, based in Singapore. In August 2015 Samuel took over Morgan Philips Group activities in France, working alongside Jean Kerckhove.
An economics graduate, Louis started his professional career in the building materials industry and set up his own company in France and Belgium in 2002. In 2006, he joined a leading recruitment firm in Paris, first as a consultant, and then as manager in charge of the real estate investment and property development sectors. In 2012, Louis was transferred to the company’s New York office to look after general management, finance, operations and sales executive positions with a special focus on international French and European companies based in the US. In 2014, he joined Morgan Philips Executive search in Paris as Deputy Managing Director to help set up the Paris office and to conduct search and selection assignments for executive positions in France and the Americas.
Jean François runs “Morgan Philips Banking & City” globally out of Paris and London.
He provides HR/ Strategic Advice as well as Recruitment and Carreer Management assistance to organizations and decision makers based in the EMEA Region.
His professional experience includes 18 years of successful track-record in handling international executive search assignments.
He has dealt with searches in over 15 countries and executed numerous “C” level mandates (CEO / COO / CFO / CAO / CRO / CIO / Sales / Marketing / Communications / Tax, Legal & Compliance / Human Resources / Controlling / Risk Management / ALM / Finance /M&A / Corporate Development) in a variety of economic sectors majoring in Financial Services, Asset & Wealth Management, Private Banking & Private Equity.
Jean-François started his career In Banking & Asset Management and moved to Executive Search in London with the City based boutique ARMSTRONG International. Since then, he has held several practice and geographic management positions with Global Executive Search firms.
Jean-François has lived and worked in the UK , France, Luxembourg, Switzerland and South America.
He holds a Graduate Degree in Political Science from SCIENCES PO (Strasbourg) and a Masters Degree from the LONDON SCHOOL of ECONOMICS.
With a post-graduate diploma in law, Raphaël started his career in 1996 specialising in labour relations, notably with the Sodiaal group. From 2003 to 2008 he was with Fives group – a leading engineering company – where, as deputy HR Director, he took part in the establishment of an international HR policy. From 2008 to 2011 and then again from 2013 to 2014, as a member of the Executive Committee of Boccard industrial engineering group, he created and set up their global HR function, based in Geneva. His comprehensive and innovative approach to talent management was recognised in 2013 by the national French newspaper Figaro Economie. Alongside this, in 2011 he set up Salibre International, a recruitment firm focused on the engineering and industrial sectors. In March 2016 he sold Salibre International to Morgan Philips and joined the Group, taking over management of Morgan Philips Engineering & Manufacturing.
