Montserrat graduated with a degree in Industrial Sociology from the Complutense University of Madrid and PDD (Management Development Program) for Euroforum-Insead. She has completed numerous courses in marketing, sales, leadership, negotiation, finance and human resources in different European and Spanish schools.
In 1977, Montserrat began her career in the Italian automotive industry, where she developed the finance department. Nine years later, she joined TNT, an Australian transport multinational company, as head of Customer Service. Montserrat then climbed the ranks to Sales Manager and eventually Director of Sales and Marketing.
In 1986 she joined DHL, TNT’s main competitor. Montserrat assumed the role of Director of Sales and Marketing, reorganising the function for the firm.
In 1990 she joined Euroforum, a management training company associated with Insead Fontenebleau, as Commercial Director (Sales & Marketing). Three years later, Montserrat joined Warner Home Video as Director of Marketing where she developed a new customer experience initiative.
In 1996, Montserrat accepted the offer as General Manager to create the Human Resources division of Hudson. Hudson was later acquired by Morgan Philips Group, and today, Montserrat holds the position of Managing Director of Talent Management in Spain.
Fernando holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree and a Master of Human Resource Management degree from ICADE.
His extensive experience in the Human Resources field began at field of Human Resources began in 1986 at El Corte Inglés, where he worked in Technical HR for three years.
After this, Fernando was an HR Manager for Deloitte for four years. In 1993, he began working for Randstad as Director of Human Resources.
In 2000 he joined TMP (Hudson since 2003) and has since become Director of Talent Management for Hudson in Spain. Hudson was later acquired by Morgan Philips Group, and today, Fernando holds the position of Managing Director of Talent Management in Spain.
Fernando is also a professor of Human Resources at several postgraduate schools. Since 2005 he has served as Director of the Executive Masters Program in HR for the Garrigues Study Center.
Alfredo holds a degree in Business Administration from Saint Louis University and an MBA from ESDEN.
His professional career began in 1992 at Tele 5 Publiespaña where he served as account director for four years. Following that, he served as Marketing Director at Sodexo Pass before joining Michael Page in 1997, where he served as Director of the Madrid office for seven years.
In 2004, Alfredo joined Hudson as Director of the Madrid office. In 2007, he was promoted to Managing Director of Recruitment Solutions for Spain. Hudson was later acquired by Morgan Philips Group, and today, Alfredo holds the position of Managing Director of Recruitment Solutions of Spain.
Alfredo is also a board member for Union Financial Asturiana, E.F.C.
